Julien Indeherberg was the only Belgian player that needed to play a match in the round of 32. He beat Mohammed Amin Hente from Iran zith 4 against 1.
This way, all Belgian players are present in the round of 16 later this day.

Lauric Jean and Cedric Nuytinck have won the tems event of the Open of Bahrain. They beat Egypt in the final 3 against 1. Belgium only lost the doubles.
Earlier Belgium B has clinched a bronze medal after reaching the semi-finals. There they lost from Egypt. |
All 4 Belgian players have reached the main event of the Open of Bahrein. Lauricm Cedric and Julien did this without losing a single set. Emilien needed a fifth set to claim his third victory in the qualifying stage.

Belgium A has reached the final of the team events in the Junior Open of Bahrein. Lauric Jean and Cedrinc Nuytinck beat Iran.
In that final they will face Egypt, the killers of Belgium B (Julien Indeherberg and Emilien Vanrossomme). They will have to be satisfied with a bronze medal. |
