At the Belgian Championships, last sunday, the Golden Rackets have been awarded as well. These rackets are awarded to youth players between 12 and 18, based on their (inter)national results.
This year, the federation has elected Emilien Vanrossomme and Jennifer Tasia.
Emilien (15 years, EBS) won 2 bronze medals on the EYC 2009 and became Belgian Champion in the B-series and the cadets (single and double).
Jennifer Tasia (16 years; Villers Saint-Gertrude) became Belgian Champion in the Juniors-series (both single and double) and was selected for the national team on the European Championships 2009 in Stuttgart.
